Product variants

Create multi-variants with as many product variant options as you need for your ranges.

Product variant images

Associate multiple images with your product variant options to help show off colour options and key features.

Product variant selectors

Display your product variant selectors using drop downs, text buttons, colour buttons, swatch buttons, or as a variant list. Change the order selectors are displayed, and the order selector filter attributes appear either alphabetically or a user defined order.

Multi-variants by colour

Split multi-variants by colour or another key attribute to automatically display multi-variants by colour. For example, display a range of t-shirts by colour from a single multi-variant without having to create a multi-variant per colour.

Product variant pricing

Prioritise your warehouses on a per product basis to give accurate lead times for the quantity customers require, by going through each warehouse in priority order until the required quantity is reached.

Minimum sell quantity

Specify a minimum purchase quantity to save wasting time picking and packing low value orders. For example, you sell protein bars in singles but you need to sell at least 5 to make the order worth your while, setting the minimum sell quantity to 5 units so customers need to put at least 5 in their basket.

Maximum sell quantity

Specify a maximum purchase quantity to ensure items in demand can be distributed fairly amongst customers. For example, hand sanitiser is in short supply and you've been allocated a limited number, so you enter a maximum sell quantity of 3 so customers are limited to adding a maximum of 3 units to their basket.

Pack unit quantity

Specify a pack unit quantity to sell products aligned to the unit quantity increments. For example, you buy screws in bulk containers with a per screw sell price. You don't want to sell on a per screw basis only prepared to sell by the 100 units. You set the pack quantity to 100 so customers can only purchase in increments of 100 units.

Price per unit

Specify a price per unit to help customers compare products of different sizes like for like. For example, you sell a 5 litre can of oil for £10, and a 1 litre can for £3, with the price per litre for the 5 litre showing £2 per litre, and the price per litre for the 1 litre showing £3 per litre.

Special order products

Specify products as special order items, and display a user defined message at checkout to explain your special order procedure.

Back in stock email alerts

Ask your visitors to enter their email address for out of stock items that are due in, with the visitor receiving an email when the item is back in stock.

Voucher codes

Create voucher code offers to support your marketing campaigns.

Free item offers

Associate free items to increase sales conversion for qualifying products. For example, associate a free water bottle with a race bikes category to display the free water bottle offer againsts all race bikes.

Money off offers

Create voucher or in shop offers based on a value or percentage discount with the option of a min and max spend for qualifying products.

Multibuy offers

Create 3 for 2 offers or any other combination for voucher code or in shop offers where customers can get X number free or a discount off X number when purchasing a minimum number from a range of qualifying products.

Zero price components

Bundles can be imported to ERP as a single bundled SKU where the ERP system contains the bundle, or the bundle can be exploded so the components are sent to ERP in component form like the products had been added to basket individually.

Alternative products

Display alternative products to show the next best option to the main product to upsell. For example, you sell running shoes with Asics GT-1000 being a premium, and Asics Gel-Kayano as super premium. You associate the Asics Keyano with the Asics GT-1000 as an alternative product to present an upsell opportunity.

Accessory products

Display inexpensive but useful items on the basket page, that can be added to the basket with little thought to upsell a basket, like displaying sweets at a checkout.

Free complimentary products

Associate inexpensive free items with a main product to increase the perceived value of a purchase. For example, you sell cycles associating a free multi-tool with bikes to help with maintenance.

Add to basket lightbox

Associate related products that display when items are added to basket. For example, you sell a toy that doesn't come with batteries. You associate the correct batteries for the toy which display when added to basket to provide upsell opportunity.
